Broad Creek Marina Adventures

The Broad Creek Marina Adventures internship offers training in the following skills:

• POS and reservations
• Customer service
• Time-management
• Marketing
• Team management
• Activity planning and organization
• Restaurant operations

As a team member of Adventure Hilton Head, you will be learning how to operate POS systems, handle reservations, collect payments, teach and present tours, learn local ecology, organize team building activities and events, and manage large groups. Positions are available in our check-in booth and retail store checking clients in and selling merchandise, our go kart track handling operations, and our zip line and high ropes courses guiding tours.

Through Up the Creek Pub & Grill, you will learn day to day restaurant operations, POS systems, how to excel in customer service, and food preparation and presentation techniques. You will be cross trained in back of house and front of house.

All roles require customer interaction and working in a fast-paced environment. Broad Creek Marina Adventures is a team-based company and requires you work well with others.

• Interns comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions 
• Interns who are outgoing and energetic 
• Interns who have customer service experience 
• Experience with different POS systems is preferred, but not required 
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

• Housing on Hilton Head Island will be provided 
• $500 stipend will be paid weekly (less housing expenses)
